At Flare Department, we specialise in high-end photography and video, working for the best names in real estate, interior design, architecture, and hospitality, as well as brands. To continue delivering world-class imagery for high-level clients – we’re looking for a skilled and experienced photographer to join our creative team in Amsterdam.

What will you do?

Your role is all about crafting high-quality images, blending your style with our signature look. Most of your time will be spent photographing unique properties – from luxurious villas to charming canal houses – and refining visuals in post-production. Creative control is key to us, which is why we handle both photography and editing in-house. You’ll work closely with our team of creatives and project managers, delivering every project on time and at the highest standard.

What we expect

• At least 6+ years of experience in technical photography & high-volume workflows with a portfolio to back it up;
• Strong capability to balance creative with commercial, operational and strategic;
• Strong supplier and stakeholder management skills;
• An exceptional detail-focused creative eye;
• An ambitious mindset (to match ours!);
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus);
• A driver’s license;

Interviews

Our recruitment process consists of three rounds: Round 1: an initial interview. Round 2: a practical assignment. Round 3: Lunch with the team at our studio. This vacancy closes on March 7, 2025.
