Join Flare Department as a Videographer

At Flare Department, we specialise in producing high-end photography and film for the top names in architecture, interior design, real estate, and hospitality. To continue delivering world-class imagery for high-level clients – we’re looking for a skilled videographer to join our creative team in Amsterdam. 

What will you do?

Your role is all about crafting high-quality moving images, blending your style with our signature look. We’re searching for a talented filmmaker who can continuously elevate the quality of our video content. Your time will be spent shooting on location, and editing at our studio in Amsterdam – covering a wide scope of interior-focused projects, from high-end homes to global brand assignments. You’ll work closely with our Creative Director, Marketing Director, Project Managers, and the rest of our in-house creatives to deliver captivating projects on time and at the highest standard. 

What we expect

• Skill and experience of shooting professional video projects (preferably in interiors), with a portfolio to back it up
• Skill and proven experience in editing and colour grading using Davinci Resolve 
• Knowledge of how to operate a gimbal, mirrorless cameras, and professional cinema cameras
• An understanding of how to creatively and effectively tell a story through film
• Knows a thing, or six, about film tech and workflows 
• A passion for interiors, design and architecture
• A strong and confident communicator
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
• A driver’s license
• Open to travel for work
• Proactive, eager to learn, and cheerful
• Able to work with tight deadlines 
• Able to work at our studio in Amsterdam
• An ambitious mindset (to match ours!)

• Based on your experience, the salary indication is between €2722 – €3615,- based on a 40-hour work week
