This rate card applies to photography and video for property sales or longterm rentals. For other uses, our standard rates apply, which include a more extensive usage license.

Flare Department’s video team are experts in interior and real estate video. With endless possibilities in length, shots, format, and editing, we’ve conveniently packaged the most common formats into set prices.

Cancellation Fee
Together, we achieve an effective and beautiful result within the agreed time. To make this possible, we expect that:
→ The property is photo-ready and tidy upon our arrival.
→ Cancellations are made at least 24 hours in advance.
→ Cancellations apply to fast-delivery edits as well.
If these conditions are not met, a cancellation fee will be charged. This applies if the shoot is cancelled or rescheduled (date or time) less than 24 hours in advance, or if the location is inaccessible due to no one being present to grant access and/or the property not being properly prepared.
For a Monday morning appointment at 09:00, cancellation must be made before Friday at 17:00.
Our cancellation fee is 50% of the order value.
Key Collection
Key pickup from a location other than the shoot site will incur additional costs. Distances are calculated from the Flare Department studio. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Some additional rules
→ Package prices are based on the usable square meterage eventually listed on Funda.
→ As a standard, we photograph with indoor lighting turned off. On request, we can shoot with the lights on.
→ Our photographers select the photos for editing. Unedited, watermarked images can be provided for selection upon request, with prior notice to avoid extra costs.
→ Would you like to work with a specific photographer for a special project? That’s possible. We charge our standard hourly rate (€150) and a fee per edited photo (€50).
Funda Image licence
All our images are protected by copyright. Our license gives you the opportunity to use our content while protecting if from misuse. The use of content for other purposes can be acquired through our commercial license. Please contact us for more information.
The following usage conditions apply to all images we deliver under the real estate rates in this price list:
You may use the delivered images on Funda and other real estate websites for the rental or sale of the specific property.
You can use the images provided by Flare on your website, print materials, and social media to promote the rental or sale of a property for a limited period of 6 months.
Images cannot be resold or used by third-parties without prior written permission from Flare Department.
