Capturing a contemporary real estate project in Mallorca

Perched above the Balearic coastline, two modern villas designed by SAOTA stand as refined expressions of contemporary architecture and luxury living.

Inside, interior architects Grand&Johnson have curated spaces that echo Mallorca’s natural rhythm. Textures feel deliberate, materials speak of their origins, and every room offers a moment of understated sophistication. Each floor reveals a new perspective, with light shifting throughout the day, transforming the atmosphere from morning to dusk.

Capturing luxury real estate photography and film go beyond documentation – they invite the viewer into a world of refined living. For this project, our lens moved between stillness and motion, capturing the fluid relationship between structure and setting. Photography preserved the stillness of form, while film allowed light and shadow to unfold in real time, together telling a visual story of luxury, ease, and connection to place.

Beyond capturing the space, we developed a marketing communication plan for Grand&Johnson, amplifying the project across various channels and ensuring the imagery extended far beyond the frame.
