Photography for Residence S10 by Studio Asker

Residence S10 by Studio Asker

Made up of two wooden bungalows, this rural residence in the heart of the Netherlands was once the studio home of Dutch artist Willem G. van der Hulst.

Working with the new homeowners, Studio Asker transformed the property for modern living, introducing a contemporary Scandinavian cabin ambience to its interiors.

They invited us to capture the seamless connection between the home and its surroundings, its repeated proportions and materials, and the warmth of natural oak finishes. The series of photographs follows the shifting natural light to reflect how each space transforms with the seasons. An invitation to escape the rush of life.
