DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam invited us to capture their new dining concept, WE ARE EDN – a vibrant, design-led restaurant built around sustainable dining and fresh, seasonal ingredients. The interiors are welcoming, color-rich, and playful, echoing the philosophy behind the food. 

We photographed the space across multiple days, capturing its atmosphere from daylight to dusk. In addition to the interior shoot, we created a vibrant food series with lifestyle elements that highlight the joy of the menu. 

As always, it was a collaborative process with the Hilton team, working closely to ensure the imagery conveyed the restaurant’s spirited yet refined character in the lead-up to its opening.
