It all depends on the size of your property, the amount of final photographs you need and how shoot-ready the location is. After your initial briefing, we are able to give you an estimate on the amount of time we think we need.
For our real estate photography packages we use the following approximate timings:
<100m2 = 1,5h
<200m2 = 2h
<300m2 = 3h
+100m2 = +1h
Most important: make sure the space is tidy and clean. For the best results, it is important that all small items in your space are stored as much as possible. This means, for example, that the kitchen countertop is empty of equipment and that the bathroom is also empty of soap bottles and other toiletries. It’s easier to add items during a shoot than to tidy everything.
We have listed a number of tips for the right preparation. These tips can be viewed here: https://youtu.be/L3-COm_uDfE

We work with a select number of home stagers and stylists which we can recommend and book. Let us know what you are looking for and we can help you find the right fit for your shoot.
For shoots within the Netherlands, we charge €40,- ex VAT for shoots outside of Amsterdam;
When travelling outside of the Netherlands, we charge 1 travel day for our crew + the costs of flights, rental cars, public transport etc.
While most of our photography and film work is shot during the day with natural daylight, we also do night, dawn and dusk shoots. If your property features beautiful lighting during the night, we are more than happy to capture your space during the evening or the early morning. Please brief us on your preferences when it comes to shooting in ‘dark blue’ or ‘pitch black’ surroundings.
Please note that night, dawn and dusk shoots often have limited availability because of the more difficult scheduling with crews. Especially in summer time, when the sun sets later in the evening.
After our photoshoot, we go to work and colour grade your photos in our signature style in Adobe Lightroom. We’ll send the edited photos for you to review. After the initial editing is done, we start work on specific issues in the image that you might want us to tackle. These requests typically range from simple object removal, to object replacement. Or extending of furniture items and adding fire to a fireplace. Every editing job is bespoke and your requests will typically require us to first send an estimate of the time we think we need in Photoshop.
For real estate photography we include 30 minutes of Photoshop retouching within each package. Additional Photoshop requests will be charged at an hourly rate and an estimate will be communicated with you prior to the editing process.
We’re able to capture an interior in almost any lighting condition, even when it rains. Only when a shoot absolutely requires sunlight coming in we work with a weather contingency plan. This means we typically reserve two or three days in the calendar to make sure we are able to capture that all important sunlight coming in.
For real estate, we will always capture a property in its entirety, even when it rains. We do this so we at least have shots of the exterior of your property that you can use to advertise on the real estate platform of your choice.
It is a possibility to request an additional sun photoshoot, which means that we shoot all the outdoor elements of your property (balcony, garden etc) and environmental shots when it’s sunny at an additional cost. Please take a look at our real estate photography rate card for more information.

We typically work with natural daylight. If a space has a nicely designed lighting plan, it makes sense to shoot with these lights turned on. Depending on the intended look and feel of the final images we can discuss and decide what the best approach will be.
When natural daylight is not working for a space, we can also work with studio lights to create the perfect sun angle. These shoots require at least one assistant for our photographer and require a location scout to make sure we bring the right tools.
